Coaching for operators · one seat opens each month

You don't need another framework.
You need margin.

I coach founders and operators whose calendars have eaten their judgment. Not mindset. Not manifestation. The unglamorous work of getting your week, your team and your head back under your own authority.

The letter · 3 minutes

I know what your calendar looks like.

Back-to-backs since eight. A "focus block" that three people booked over. Seventeen tabs, four of them dashboards you built to feel in control of the other thirteen. You are the most reliable person in the company — which is exactly the problem.

I was that person twice, at two companies you'd recognise. I know the specific pride of being load-bearing, and I know the bill for it: you stop deciding and start reacting, and nobody notices for a year. Including you.

What we actually do.

We meet every other Tuesday, 90 minutes, for a quarter. Between sessions you get me by voice note. We work on three things only: what you own, what you delegate with real authority, and what you kill.

It is not therapy, and it is not cheerleading. You'll leave most sessions with one fewer commitment than you arrived with. That is the entire technology.

Who this is not for.

If you want someone to validate a 70-hour week, hire a hype coach; they're cheaper. If your company is a crime scene, hire a lawyer. And if you mostly need rest, take the holiday — I'll still be here in three weeks, and I'd rather meet you awake.

“The goal isn't a calmer calendar. It's a founder whose yes means yes.

Margin notes

What clients scribbled.

Collected from feedback forms, quoted with permission, stuck here like they arrived.

“I fired myself from nine meetings and nobody died. Revenue went up. I'm still furious it was that simple.” Saskia V.founder, logistics · quarter client
“Session three is the expensive one. Do it anyway.” Daniel A.COO, fintech · two quarters
“The audit found eleven hours a week. Eleven. I have a woodworking hobby now and a better CFO.” Priti S.CEO, D2C · audit → quarter

Book a first Tuesday.

Forty minutes, free, no deck and no pitch. If I can help, I'll say how. If I can't, I'll say who can. Pick a Tuesday that suits:
